1. General
1.1.
Link2Star is an informational and promotional marketplace intended to connect Advertisers (businesses, brands, services) with bloggers/creators (influencers).
1.2.
The Platform is not a party to any agreements between Advertisers and creators and does not act as an agent, intermediary, guarantor, arbitrator, or service provider for such collaborations.
1.3.
All collaboration terms (including paid/barter/hybrid, deliverables, deadlines, approvals, KPIs, usage rights, disclosures, refunds and claims) are agreed and performed solely by the Advertiser and the creator, under their own full responsibility.
2. Advertiser Account and Registration
2.1.
An Advertiser account may be created by a legal entity, a sole proprietor, or an authorized representative who has the right to publish collaboration offers and communicate on behalf of the company/brand/service.
2.2.
The Advertiser must provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information, including but not limited to:
- company/brand/service name (or legal name for sole proprietors);
- valid contact details and communication channels;
- official links (website/social profiles) if available;
- business description and operating location(s);
- clear and truthful collaboration conditions.
2.3.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- impersonate another person, company or brand;
- use third-party contact data without consent;
- publish misleading or false offer details;
- post offers that violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
- use the Platform for fraud, fake orders or other abuse.
2.4.
The Advertiser is fully responsible for the accuracy of profile information and for the content of offers and communications with creators.
3. Review and Moderation
3.1.
The Platform may perform initial moderation of Advertiser and creator profiles to check basic plausibility and detect obvious policy violations.
3.2.
Moderation is not a guarantee of:
- full accuracy of user information;
- reliability or good faith of any party;
- campaign performance or outcomes;
- quality of content or compliance with agreements.
3.3.
The Platform does not provide legal, financial or marketing audits of users unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Offers and Collaborations
4.1.
The Advertiser independently creates offers, defines conditions (paid/barter/hybrid), deliverables, timelines, approval steps and selection criteria.
4.2.
The Advertiser must describe material conditions clearly, provide necessary information (brief, brand restrictions, disclosure requirements, assets) in a timely manner, and avoid unfair or deceptive practices.
4.3.
Payments, refunds, scope changes, extra work, content usage rights and reuse in ads or other channels are agreed directly between the Advertiser and the creator.
5. Liability
5.1.
The Platform is not liable for:
- any losses, lost profit or reputational damage;
- actions or inactions of creators or other users;
- campaign results or conversions;
- cancellation, changes or breach of agreements between users;
- quality, timelines or legality of published content.
5.2.
The Advertiser is solely responsible for the legality of offers and provided materials, compliance with IP rights, and any applicable advertising disclosures and regulations.
5.3.
In disputes between the Advertiser and the creator, the Platform is not an arbitrator, mediator or guarantor and is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution.
6. Restrictions and Blocking
6.1.
The Platform may at any time:
- suspend access;
- limit account functionality;
- block an account entirely.
6.2.
Reasons may include (without limitation):
- inaccurate or misleading information;
- complaints from creators or other users;
- suspected fraud or fake orders;

6.3.
Blocking does not release the Advertiser from obligations to creators that arose before the blocking date.

7.2.
This may include:
- technical issues;
- feature changes;

7.3.
The Platform is not liable for inconveniences related to beta usage.

Continued use of the Platform after updates means full acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Final Provisions

These Terms are effective indefinitely from the Advertiser’s registration date.
9.2.
All matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law.
